- Observations and
impressions
-
- European Union has a
distinct institutional system for example, European Parliament, Council of
Ministers, European Commission, Court of Justice of the European Union.
The European Parliament and Council of Ministers will adopt the Commission
Proposal on European law and European Framework Law under the Legislative
Acts. Due to transparency of proceedings, both the European Parliament and
the Council of Ministers are obliged to meet in public when examining and
adopting a legislative proposal.
-
- As a result of this,
press plays an important role on the transparency by reporting all
information relevant to any action of European Union.
