Suggestion for Future Interns

This internship program was a very rewarding and educational opportunity and should be continued in the future.  In order for make the possible success of the internship program, I am very pleased to have several suggestions as following:

  • ELDR should continue to provide the great opportunity again in the future for the Liberal Democratic activists.

  • They should organise the group discussion of internship and share experience from each other even if they had different assignments.  Itīs the best way to participate together to learn and what is happening around the parliament, such as me coming from the developing country with much intention to restore the country having studied the theory and not to much in practice.

  • Increase communication between the ELDR and FNF office, so that both parties agree on what is expected of the interns.

  • In the future internship should be longer than a month and half.

  • Each internship should practise by creating the project proposal.

  • The committee  should sit down with intern to discuss on what the intern have learn so far within 20 to 30 minutes per week.

  • Interns should contact their respective embassies in Brussels to gain a further understanding of their countries relation with EU.
